1、 Reasons for low air volume/poor cooling effect of air conditioning
To switch the air conditioning system from warm air to cooling mode, the warm air switch needs to be turned off first.
① Firstly, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the condenser, especially in areas with a high amount of floating debris such as willow catkins/poplar catkins;
② Equipment that is exposed to dust for a long time is more prone to blockage of the air conditioning condenser fins, and failure to clean them in a timely manner can lead to a decrease in the cooling effect of the air conditioning.

2、 Precautions for cleaning condenser blades
When cleaning the condenser blades, it is necessary to rinse them with compressed air or pressurized tap water (pressurized car washing machines are more effective), and regularly check the degree of blockage in the condenser and clean it in a timely manner.

3、 Air conditioning filter inspection
If the blower is working normally but the air volume at the air conditioning outlet decreases, please pay attention to checking whether the air conditioning filter and its vicinity are blocked. If there is blockage, it is necessary to promptly use compressed air to blow away the impurities adsorbed by the filter in reverse. When the filter element is too dirty, it cannot be continued to be used. The air conditioning filter element must be replaced in a timely manner, otherwise it may cause problems such as cabin odor, fan damage, abnormal noise, reduced air volume, and decreased cooling effect.

4、 Timely check the refrigerant
After cleaning the air conditioning filter and condenser, if the cooling effect of the air conditioning still does not improve, check whether the equipment refrigerant is sufficient and fill or release the refrigerant according to the situation.
Refrigerant inspection method
Observe at the observation hole of the air conditioner dryer;
If there are too many bubbles, it indicates that there is too little refrigerant and it should be filled;
If liquid flows, the compressor does not work, and there is no cold air, it indicates that there is too much refrigerant. A portion should be released and recovered until the pressure is within the normal range.

Precautions for refrigerant sealing
Pay attention to the dust prevention and sealing of the refrigerant. It is necessary to confirm whether the refrigerant filling port cover is tightened on a daily basis. If there is any loose tightening, it should be tightened immediately.
